Clematises reproduce themselves with seeds, green and ligneous grafts, graft upon to the roots, dividing a bush. Clematises with small flowers make multiple copies, as a rule, with seeds. They steadily keep their features from generation to generation. Kinds with big flowers and the grades of clematis are reproduced, as a rule, by vegetation. As the seed posterity doesnТt keep features of grade, has weak and long period of germination (from 6 to 18 months). Therefore clematis with big flowers are reproduced by vegetation and seed posterity is used only by selectors. Specialized flower growing enterprises and also flower-fans are engaged in duplication of big flowers.
